Setting it up
Three taps in NeedAap → Integrations → PMQ Drive
Open the PMQ Drive card
In NeedAap, go to Integrations and tap PMQ Drive, then tap Connect. NeedAap uses the email on your own profile to know it's you.
Confirm your vehicle
Pick the vehicle and enter its registration number exactly as it appears in PMQ Drive. That's what links the two records together.
You're connected
That's it. Odometer, trips, fuel, service and reminders now stay in step in the background. Nothing else to do.

The two apps talk to each other directly on your phone — no internet needed, nothing sent to a server. NeedAap checks it's really the PMQ Drive app before anything is shared.

NeedAap opens PMQ Drive's sign-in page once. You never type a PMQ Drive password into NeedAap, and the connection can be switched off whenever you like.

Sign-in is secure
You never enter a PMQ Drive password inside NeedAap. The connection uses PMQ Drive's own sign-in page.
Nothing overwritten by surprise
Each app keeps its own records. If two entries ever disagree, you decide — the apps don't overrule you.
Works offline on one phone
If both apps are on the same device, the whole link runs on your phone with no internet and no server in the middle.
Leave clean
Disconnect and your ongoing sync stops. Ask to erase and the request is honoured across both apps.
Stays in your region

PMQ Drive & NeedAap — FAQ
Is PMQ Drive free to use?
Yes. Connecting PMQ Drive with NeedAap is free. You only need the NeedAap app and a vehicle added to it. Premium plans add extra features, but the vehicle sync itself doesn't need a paid plan.
Do I need to install the PMQ Drive app separately?
It's optional. If the PMQ Drive app is on your phone, NeedAap links to it directly on the device. If it isn't installed, NeedAap connects through a quick, secure sign-in instead. Either way you get the same records.
Which vehicles does it work with?
Any car, bike, scooter or commercial vehicle you add to NeedAap. Petrol, diesel, CNG and electric are all supported, including fuel mileage and EV range tracking.
Does it track fuel mileage and running cost?
Yes. It combines the distance you drive with the fuel and money you spend to show mileage over time and a real cost per kilometre for each vehicle, updated every month.
Can I disconnect PMQ Drive later?
Yes, any time, from the Integrations screen in NeedAap. Your existing records stay; only the ongoing sync stops.
Does the sync work without internet?
If both apps are on the same phone, the link works fully offline. The secure sign-in option needs internet only for the one-time connection.
